I See Me allows you to create a personalized book for your child, grandchild or friend's child by completing a form that asks for basic information such as name, gender and birthdate. A hardcover book is then created with a personalized story for the child illustrated with colorful animals. The book is shipped within three weeks. Each book is $29.95, with a keepsake box available for an additional $4.95. "My goal was to write an educational book that would teach young children how to recognize letters and spell their names," says Maia Haag, who created the service. "I wanted the story to be entertaining, with a high degree of customization and wonderful illustrations." Shipping starts at $5.95. Shipping to Canada is $10 per book and shipping elsewhere outside the U.S. is $19.95 per book.
